Overall the hotel is nice, rooms are large and well furnished. There aren't many other choices in Bao'An district. The lobby smells absolutely horrible. I've avoided staying here for several repeat trips because of it. Other local hotels have worse problems, so I've returned. It is a lily/orchid scent that is deliberately infused into the lobby. If  it were perhaps 2% as strong, it might be remotely pleasant. It is so strong, however, that I cannot enjoy a coctail in the lounge on the lobby level because all you can taste is this odor. That goes for trying to have a meal at the lobby level restaurant. Me and all of my colleagues have complained, but they do nothing about it. One colleague this trip said that the smell burned his nose. When leaving the lobby, you can smell it on your clothes. I try to hold my breath when crossing the lobby, but it is very large. Even so, I can taste it while holding my breath. It's hard to describe how bad it is until you experience it first hand. If there were another local hotel that was even in the same league as this when it comes to other comforts, I'd never stay there again. The good thing is that you can't smell it in your room, so I order room service and avoid the lobby level whenever possible. This visit, when I complained to the manager she said "well our Asian guests like it." My Asian colleagues disagree. It literally almost burns your eyes because it is so overpoweringly strong. If you come to this area, it's this or a run down Asian hotel, so I still have to recommend it. I do advise you to complain, complain, complain about the terrible smell in the lobby however. Hopefully if enough people complain they will finally get the message about it. It's obvious that someone in management thinks its a good idea. Kind of like dumping a 55 gal drum of Old Spice on your living room rug would be a good idea. Then of course pouring another one every day on top of it.

毎月、福永に４日くらい滞在してるので定宿にしています。 部屋の広さ、清潔さ等は文句無いです。タオル、バスローブなども中国っぽい安っぽさはありません。朝食も品数多く味もまあまあ美味しいです。（この「まぁまぁ」は高級国際ホテルチェーンの朝食と比べた場合です。普通に美味しいです。） プールも２５ｍのプ－ルが朝６時から１１時までと十分です。 普段はハイアットやインターコンチに宿泊してますが、それと比べても部屋の快適さは満足できます。ただ、シャワーブースの排水がたまに悪い部屋に当たるときがあります。（笑） 福永に泊まるならお勧めです。周りに漢永ホテルがありますが、こちらは価格も安いですが、部屋の感じは中国ホテルです。朝食も中国ごはんです。

Very large hotel with plenty of on site amenities. Yoga room, fitness center, massage center, beauty salon. Massage center is competitively priced, full body massage is 338 RMB (listed as 228, but 100 extra charge is paid to the masseuse). Executive rooms get 60 rmb of laundry per day free.
